Database emergencies — Postgres/MySQL lockups, replication, runaway queries
Linux / Ubuntu / server — OOM, disk-full, kernel, broken config, 2am sysadmin
Performance crisis — slow pages, timeouts, CPU/memory hot, finding bottlenecks

Step 1 of 1

Tell me what's happening

Submitting this creates a free account and opens a support ticket. I'll respond as soon as I can.

A free account will be created with this email so we have a ticket trail.

No SLA on free triage — I respond as fast as I can during business hours. Express Response ($500, guaranteed 30-min callback) launching soon.

What you'll get

  1. 1. Free triage — we talk through what's hitting you and where to look first. No commitment.
  2. 2. Honest action plan — clear list of what to do right now, in priority order. If a $0 nginx config fixes it, that's what I tell you.
  3. 3. Implementation help (optional) — if you want me to drive the fix, we scope the engagement. If not, you walk away with the plan.

While you wait — try these now

  1. Under attack? If you're on Cloudflare, flip "I'm Under Attack" mode (Security → Settings). On AWS, check WAF blocked-request metrics. Direct origin? Add an nginx rate-limit by IP.
  2. Site down? Check status of the last deploy, recent config change, certificate expiry, and DNS. Most "mystery" outages trace back to one of those four.
  3. Database trouble? Capture SHOW PROCESSLIST or pg_stat_activity output. Note disk free space and replication lag.
  4. Server hot? Grab top, df -h, free -m, and the last 100 lines of dmesg / syslog.
  5. Capture data: a few minutes of access logs, error logs, and any monitoring screenshots. The more I can see, the faster I can call it.
